3. Component License (Free Components)

All free components on Snapelement are provided under a permissive license. You are permitted to:

• Use components in unlimited personal and commercial projects
• Modify, adapt, and customize components to fit your needs
• Use components in client projects and websites you build for others
• Use components in websites that generate revenue

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense components as a standalone library, template pack, or competing product
• Claim the component JSON code as your own original creation for distribution
• Resell or distribute the raw JSON files without substantial modification or integration into a larger project
• Use automated tools to mass-download components for redistribution

4. Complete Library (Paid Product)

If you purchase the Snapelement Complete Library:

• You receive a license for personal and commercial use, same as free components
• The license is per-user and non-transferable
• You may use the library in unlimited projects
• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy

5. Elementor Pro Requirements

Some components use widgets from the Elementor Pro plugin and are clearly marked with an “Elementor Pro” badge. To use these widgets, you need a valid Elementor Pro license on your WordPress site. Snapelement is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Elementor Ltd. “Elementor” is a trademark of Elementor Ltd.

6. Intellectual Property

The Snapelement name, logo, website design, blog content, guides, and all original non-component materials are the intellectual property of Amortoae Petru PFA and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute these materials without written permission.

Component JSON code is provided under the license described in Section 3 above.

7. User Responsibilities

When using the Site, you agree to:

• Use the Site and components in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Site's security or infrastructure
• Not use automated bots or scrapers to mass-download content (reasonable personal use is fine)
• Not impersonate another person or entity
• Not upload malicious code or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Components and all content on the Site are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• Components will be compatible with all versions of Elementor or WordPress
• Components will render identically in every theme, hosting environment, or browser
• The Site will be available without interruption or error-free
• Components will produce specific visual results in your particular configuration

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amortoae Petru PFA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Site or its components.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or EUR 50 if no payment was made).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amortoae Petru PFA from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bucuresti, Romania. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.

15. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, cyberattacks, pandemics, or third-party service failures.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Amortoae Petru PFA regarding the use of the Site.
