14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. No questions asked. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, simply contact us and we will process your refund.

Refund Amount

Refunds will be issued for the full purchase amount minus any payment processing fees charged by our payment provider (LemonSqueezy/Stripe). These fees are non-recoverable and are deducted by the payment processor, not by Snapelement.

Typically, payment processing fees are around 5–8% of the purchase price depending on your region and payment method.

How to Request a Refund

1. Send an email to info@snapelement.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
2. Include your order number or the email address used during purchase.
3. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Conditions

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
• After a refund is issued, your download link will be deactivated.
